1 General Terms and Conditions

Bajidev (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the bajidev platform.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on bajidev, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Bajidev reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2 Account Registration & Use

A valid personal account is required to use bajidev's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or identity is prohibited.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If your account details change (phone number, email address, etc.), you must notify us immediately.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a corporate or business entity.

Bajidev reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned, unless it is associated with fraudulent activity.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on bajidev. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided. Keeping minors away from gambling is our top priority.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, bajidev may request the following documents at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent photo (selfie or portrait)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bajidev supports easy deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum Deposit: BDT 500,000 per day (subject to change based on account level)
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Withdrawal processing times: Typically 5–30 minutes; up to 48 hours before KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit (to comply with anti-money laundering requirements).
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bajidev does not charge transaction fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. bajidev reserves the right to place a hold on payments for any suspicious transactions pending verification.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bajidev offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: Typically, you must wager 10x–30x the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Validity Period: Most bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited.
• The same bonus offer may not be used more than once.
• Only bets placed with bonus funds on eligible game types will count toward wagering requirements — not all games may qualify.
• Bajidev reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Betting Rules

Bajidev offers a variety of betting products including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and e-sports. While each section has its own detailed rules, the following general principles apply across all sections:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bajidev decides to void it for a specific reason.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, bajidev reserves the right to cancel the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the related bets will be cancelled and stakes will be refunded.
• In live betting, if the outcome has already been decided due to internet delay, the bet may be voided.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• If an error is found in the odds, bajidev may correct or void the relevant bet.

Bajidev has a maximum payout limit in place. The maximum winnings from a single bet is BDT 5,000,000 (this may be higher depending on your VIP tier). Amounts exceeding this limit require separate approval.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajidev platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Fraud, deception, or operating an account using another person's identity
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through the platform
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or technical errors
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Harassing other users or using abusive language
• Accessing the platform via VPN from restricted regions

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bajidev reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. Action is typically taken against accounts for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned. However, if fraud is proven, the entire balance will be forfeited. If you wish to dispute an account closure, please contact our support team.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bajidev believes gaming should be for entertainment only. We actively work to prevent problem gambling. The following tools are available to all users, free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount you are willing to bet within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for 24 hours up to 30 days.
